What’s the Real Plan?
In 2004, DRED required Okemo to present a MDP with “all proposed development activity associated with their management of the ski area, and any adjacent land Okemo intends to develop.” (see quote in context)
Okemo’s 2004 plan detailed their intentions for “175-250 units” of real estate connected to the state park via ski lifts and trails.
In 2014, Okemo’s proposed MDP is absent of any mention of their true development intentions.
