SEE: Why do so many people oppose resort expansion at Mount Sunapee State Park?

This plan for our state park:

Violates Public Trust
Continues to Erode Public Values and Balanced Use
Violates History and Precedent
Ignores Law and Environmental Considerations
Enables Ski Resort Sprawl and Real Estate Development Adjacent to the Park

Friends of Mount Sunapee advocates for the protection of Mount Sunapee State Park for its essential public values; conservation of the Sunapee highlands and its watersheds; and preservation of the unique character and natural beauty of the rural communities in the mountain’s shadow.
