Over ten years ago I sat in a packed hall in Goshen listening to many local people and organizations oppose this same expansion. I wrote my first ever research paper on the subject. Among the many reasons to sign this petition is the loss of habitat for some deep woods bird species, trees that are over a hundred years old and the simple fact that these people really don’t care what happens to our beautiful state.
